Some conditions may require an in-person examination, laboratory testing, imaging, or urgent care.

Yes. Vital Bloom can evaluate many common acute illnesses through telehealth when clinically appropriate. If your symptoms require hands-on examination, testing, imaging, or a higher level of care, you may be referred to an appropriate in-person facility.

Can I receive prescription refills?

Yes. Prescription refills may be provided after a clinical evaluation when medically appropriate. Some medications may require laboratory testing, an in-person examination, specialist management, or additional monitoring before they can be prescribed or renewed.

Yes. Vital Bloom provides ongoing support for selected chronic conditions, including routine monitoring, medication management, lifestyle guidance, and follow-up care when appropriate. More complex conditions may require collaboration with or referral to a specialist.

Yes. Vital Bloom offers virtual care for eligible patients in Texas. In most cases, you’ll need to be physically located in one of those states at the time of your visit, and we’ll confirm eligibility during scheduling.
