General Provisions

Severability. If any provision of these documents is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.

No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours in connection with a sale or reorganization of the practice.

Entire Agreement. These documents, together with our Notice of Privacy Practices, Telehealth Consent, Good Faith Estimate, and any signed service or membership agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vital Bloom regarding use of the Site.

Order of Precedence. If there is a conflict, the following order applies:

1. Any signed service, membership, or consent agreement

2. The Notice of Privacy Practices

3. These Terms of Use

4. Other Site content
